Pick-up orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days of when the order is placed. All pick-up orders must be picked up in Northridge, CA. We will email/text you when your order is ready for pick-up!

All cookies are baked to order and ship within 1-2 business days from when your order is placed.
All cookies are baked the same day they are shipped to ensure freshness and are sent with USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business day shipping).

TRACKING INFORMATION
Shipping and tracking information will be sent out via email once your order has been shipped out. If you are located in Southern California, your order will arrive to you in 1-2 business day after it has shipped out, if all goes well on USPS' end. All other locations will typically receive their orders in 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped out of our facility it is now in USPS’ hands - we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or returned packages. Please keep a close eye on tracking to ensure that your package doesn't sit out and get affected by current weather conditions.
