How can I pick up my order?

You may pick your order up in Chatsworth, CA. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email/text with the address to pick-up from.

Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?

We deliver within 10 miles of Northridge, CA for a flat rate fee of $10. If your address falls beyond our delivery radius, we offer priority mail shipping for $10 (takes 2-5 business days depending on your location).

Do you have any cookies that do NOT contain gluten?

Yes - Our "Made-Without-Gluten Chocolate Chip Cookie" is made with Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Flour. Please note: this cookie is made in the same kitchen as gluten-containing cookies.

Do you have any vegan cookies?

As of right now, all our cookies are made with eggs and butter!

Are there any preservaties in your cookies?

We do not use any preservatives! Our cookies are made using organic high quality ingredients. Our ingredients are listed throughout our website and on each one of our labels.

How long will my cookies stay fresh after I recieve them?

Our cookies will stay fresh in their indivudally packed bags for as long as 2 weeks! They may also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Can I reheat my cookies?

Yes! Reheating your cookies in a microwave for 8-10 seconds or in an oven for 4-5 minutes at 325°F will make them ooey-gooey!
